The subject properties are located between 732 Poplar Branch Road and Caratoke Highway in Grandy, Tax Map 94, Parcel 161G (formerly Tax Map 94, Parcels 161B, 161C) and Tax Map 94, Parcel 168 Poplar Branch Township.
