Pursuant to NC G.S. 143-318.11(a)(5) to establish or instruct county staff concerning the position to be taken by or on behalf of the county in negotiating the material terms of a contract for the acquisition of real property by purchase or exchange owned by Windchaser, LLC, known as Tract 1, Windchaser, LLC Exempt Subdivision, PIN #0023000068H0000, to be used for any public purpose; and, NC G.S. 143-318.11(a)(3) to preserve the attorney-client privilege.
