An update was given by the director regarding the Griffin vs Riggs NC Supreme Court Case. As of this date, the county board of elections offices are not required to contact potentially effected voters. However, Twine shared how she and Gettens are assisting concerned voters who call or come into the office. Where/when applicable, this office is updating voter registrations that are missing their North Carolina Driver License (NCDL) number, or the last four of their social security numbers by asking the voters to update a form in-person or online. This information is required as set forth in ss 163-82.4 (11).
